  1. Always describe what the problem is you are facing.
  2. Your data file is completely wrong. It four times repeats the data and seems to still have trends in there. Please read Pfeifer(2013): “A Guide to Specifying Observation Equations for the Estimation of DSGE Models”

But there was another problem that Blanchard & Kahn conditions are not satisfied: no stable equilibrium.

Your uniform prior centered around 0 makes no sense. The starting value will be 0.
