What to do against the spam?

Hi all,

I am sure that I am not the only one that has realized the increase in spam topics recently. I have been flagging so many in the last couple of days because the forum is becoming unusable otherwise. I am not involved in running the forum and thus do not know if and how it would be possible, but could there be a way to get rid or at least reduce them?

We are monitoring the situation. I am continuously deleting the respective accounts and added blocked keywords. But that offered only short reprieve. From now on, the first post by new user needs to be approved by a moderator.

Ok, I will also continue to flag them as spam and am happy to help otherwise if there is need.
