I am new to Dynare and I would like to run DSGE model in Dynare. However, i am wondering if dynare is possible to run in Matlab home version since my university matlab (which is for academic) expired.
If not i would have to use octaven for dynare, which is something I am not aware of.
Dynare will work with the Matlab Home version.
Great thank you! It is pretty surprsing that i dont need any other toolboxes since matlab home version does not have these toolboxes.
The default features of Dynare will work without toolboxes. The manual documents which additional features you get with toolboxes:
