Time computing command in Dynare

Hi.

Can anybody help me, how Dynare calculates DSGE models computation time in hour, minute and second ?

We have tic and toc command in MATLAB for calculation of time but this command is only in seconds and is not in hour or minute.

Dynare uses the following function to convert the output:
