Dear Professor,
I built a two region two sector model. It could run and get the IRFs. However, Its theoretical moments shows NAN. I checked and found that there is a unit root. I don’t know the reason exactly. My model include Price level. Whether it is due to this? I have tried many methods, but not solve it. Could you help me to solve this problem, many thanks.
