Some problems with BGG model

hi guys,
I am writing the dynare code for bernanke, gertler and gilchrist(1999). But meet problem when simulating.
The information displayed is
STEADY: numerical initial values incompatible with the following equations
5 9.
I have checked many times, but cannot find the problem. So I need your help. Will be the problem caused by calibration?
