I am working on a topic to explore the effects of section 232 US tariffs on housing markets in US and potential implications for monetary policy. I just came across that MMB recently release a new version with NK_GMAS25ppi code which would be useful for my research question. But I could not find the source code for replicating this version of NK_GM05. Can anyone share how to obtain the code.

Yes, I have downloaded the latest version. I could select it from the drop down to compare but not the source code itself. The documentation pdf that is linked there only mentions NK_GM05. For this I was able to run the code written by you. Many thanks for that. But for the latest one with tariffs included (NK_GMAS25ppi) it was not available. Could you please guide me where can I look alternatively for it. thanks!
