"saveas" not existing in Octave? (called by mode_c

Hi,

the function mode_check calls the Matlab function saveas. This function does not seem to exist in OCTAVE (3.0.0). So Dynare crashes.

Thanks for reporting this bug. It will be fixed in 4.0.2.

I also fixed similar issues in MakeAllFigures.m and PosteriorIRF.m.
