I would like to know if it’s possible to save the results from multiple runs in different tex file. I’am using the tex option in stock_simul ( for 2 different simulation) and options_.Tex=1 with simult_function (for 3 other simulation) in the same mod-file.

No, that is not easily feasible. I would recommend running the model once, compile the TeX-file, save the PDF and then do the same for the second run.
