Dynare gives me below error message. Why number of forward-looking variables equals number of eigenvalues larger than 1 in modulus, the rank condition still not satisfied?

There are 20 eigenvalue(s) larger than 1 in modulus 
for 20 forward-looking variable(s)

The rank condition ISN'T verified!

Problem in the model specification: some variables don't appear as current. Check whether this is desired.
