Delete the nobs-option. The reason is that you specified first_obs=71 and there are not 117 observations left after that.

It seems you did not add proper observation equations to your model. Your data is still trending. Please read See Pfeifer(2013): “A Guide to Specifying Observation Equations for the Estimation of DSGE Models”
