I’m having a problem with the installation of Dynare 6.3 on my Mac Sequoia 15.3.2 on Matlab R2024a. Here is the screenshot of the error.

There is a Permission denied error, because you have older versions of Dynare installed in /Applications/Dynare that were installed with admin privileges, which we don’t require anymore for installation and we never required for running Dynare.
So, go into terminal.app and give your user access to /Applications/Dynare:
sudo chown -R "$USER":staff /Applications/Dynare
This is also mentioned on the very first page of the installer
