Open file .eps directly

Hello,

After running dynare file, I see some of the files .eps containing pictures of irf graphs, Bayesian estimation results, etc.
Does anyone know how to open it directly? My friend use Acrobat Reader to convert it to pdf. I tried but my Acrobat version seems does not support .eps file to convert. I am using window (10).

Dynare can generate pdf files directly (with or instead of eps files). Look for the graph_format option in the reference manual.

@bluesky2009 You need the Adobe Acrobat, not the Acrobat Reader to convert eps-files. On Windows, you can use Ghostview (http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/) to open eps-files. But for most purposes, directly creating pdf-files by using

graph_format =pdf

is better
