Is it possible to get decision rules in OccBin as we do in standard perturbation methods? I’ve read Dynare 6 manual on OccBin and I didn’t find any information about it.

Not really. The OccBin decision rules are time-varying matrices for the piecewise linear solution. They will depend on the specified shock sequence. You can extract them in Dynare, but they are not easy to understand/interpret.
