When I use mode_compute=5 the model works. When adding options_.debug=1 you will get information where the red dots in the mode_check-plots come from. In your case, the model does not satisfy the Blanchard-Kahn conditions for those parameter values.

Occasional problems in the parameter space are often not an issue. But you should investigate.
