What is the main difference among small scale,medium scale and large scale DSGE models?
only number of equations?
Is there any global consensus about definition of these three types of DSGE models in the literature?
It’s about the number of equations/features in the model. There is no consensus here and it shifts over time. Larger model are becoming the norm.
