How can I get IRFs for filtered variables after an estimation? In the results, there are only IRFs for observed variables. Can anyone help me, please?

This usually means you have not selected the full output, e.g. by providing an incomplete variable list after the estimation command. You may simply specify the consider_all_endogenous option of estimation.
