input-output inter-industry DSGE, loop grammer help

Hi, I was trying to conduct the DSGE considering the muti-sector input-output relationship, which is quite challenging for me .
We already finish the draft for the model, but here is the error:

I’m not sure what’s going on here.
here is my code.

Just note: t_11 t_12 and so on the proxy for certain multiplication result, which is the previous error we try to fix but still not for sure.
