I have a problem with relative to prior std during identification: strength of signal_corr_p_1 is 0. What does this mean and what should I do with this? Thank you.

  1. You should use a newer Dynare version where the picture should look different.
  2. I guess the problem comes from a division by 0 or infinity in case of this normalization. But the numerator is not 0 as shown by the other normalization. That indicates that there is indeed curvature and hence no reason to worry. The parameter is identified.
