I can't find where the problem is

I’m very new to dynare and economics skills are not good.
Still trying to get steady state from several equations.
Dynare says there are problems but I can’t find where they are.
Please give me your advice.
Adding my mod file and error massege.

Residuals of the static equations:

Equation number 1 : 0.11111 : 1
Equation number 2 : 0 : lamt
Equation number 3 : 0 : 3
Equation number 4 : 27 : 4
Equation number 5 : 0.11111 : 5
Equation number 6 : 0 : at
Equation number 7 : 27 : 7
Equation number 8 : 3.7113 : wp
Equation number 9 : 3.7113 : wi
Equation number 10 : -1.6271 : 10
Equation number 11 : -3.4641 : yt
Equation number 12 : -0.5 : 12
Equation number 13 : -18 : ct
Equation number 14 : 0.4 : it
Equation number 15 : -3.015 : 15
Equation number 16 : -2.99 : 16
Equation number 17 : -2.7761 : bt

Impossible to find the steady state (the sum of square residuals of the static equations is
1850.3670). Either the model doesn’t have a steady state, there are an infinity of steady
states, or the guess values are too far from the solution

I can only recommend approaching the problem analytically. Are you even sure there is a unique steady state?
For example, you already know that

rt=1/cbetap-1;
rtk=1/cbetap-1;
mut=0;
