How to merge the pictures of the result?

As the title ,how can I merge the pictures of the result?
Is there any examples?

Which results are you talking about? IRFs?

Here is what you can do. Made it as simple as possible.

Open both pics with PS. Check both to size and ppi by menu Image > Image Size. The ppi needs to be the same, if not the same change one to be the same as the other with Resample UNCHECKED.
