I am not sure I understand your question, so please correct me if I am wrong, but when Dynare outputs plots/IRF’s/etc they are Matlab plots, which you can easily save from within the window itself as whatever format you want, ie jpeg, png,… Then, in Word you can import it as a normal picture.
