Hi everyone, i am hafiz and i am new here and also just started learning DSGE. Currently, I am trying to build an equation that reflects my country’s condition regarding the housing issue. I am trying to study the effect of demand for houses and house prices on the overhang house in Malaysia. However, i could not find the best parameter to put on an overhang house as there is no prior study about it in Malaysia literature. What is the best way to get the parameter? Is there any method I should learn? For your information, Malaysia also has quarterly data for the number of overhang houses.
