Hi everyone,

I am trying to replicate Kitano and Takaku’s “Capital controls, macroprudential regulation, and the bank balance sheet channel”, but I get “The generalized Schur (QZ) decomposition failed”.

I attach the steady-state and mod files, as well as the paper for reference, any help would be very appreciated!
