Generate something quickly after estimation

Dear all,

I guess many people have similar questions. I have estimated a model, which cost me 3 hours. But I forgot to generate the trace plot, bayesian irfs and so on. How can I generate what I want without repeating the estimation and MCMC process again for another 3 hours. Is there some specific guidance?

and the

option loading the mode-file from your last run.
