I tried to run your sample mod file olr_cgg but I have the following error:
??? Undefined command/function ‘olr_inst’
I have dynare snapshot version 4, do I need to download any other files so that optimal rule functions work?

Hi haroun, the olr_cgg example runs in dynare 3. For dynare 4 the option was replaced for ramsey_policy. Si the following web link for examples in version 4:
