It seems strange that when I used some parameters, dynare can solve the model but when I changed the steady state, dynare said I can not find steady state. But the way I solved steady state is that I let dynare read steady state from outside file. So basically I have a code solved steady state and then dynare read those steady state as parameters.
Thus the steady state should be exactly the steady state values the model have. Why dynare reports it can not find steady state?

Basically, if I verify the steady state I compute outside by hand, it is the true steady state. What’s the problem of dynare?
