Is discretionary_policy compatible with the method of moments?
I understand from the manual it is compatible with estimate(), but I am not sure if the error “Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 25-by-25 and the size of the right side is 24-by-25.” is my error or a fundamental issue I would have to code myself.
