I had retyped the code in this paper, but it had problem. I think it can be from diffrence between version 3. and 4 dynare . (author used ver3 dynare). What i should do ?

Your mod-file is full of errors. Follow the suggestions of the preprocessor and make sure you only use valid Dynare syntax.
