Please help me how do we determine th parameter values in Dynare given the database .
Here the examples show that the parameter values are already known. But what if we know a) the model, b) dataset (time series ) and need to determine the parameter values in first place , to later initialise in Dynare.

If you mean estimating your parameters, there is a nice example here using Bayesian methods to estimate parameters.
