Any guess why this conditional forecast path results in “matrix singular to machine precision” warning and no results?
Interesting, I can run the model with an extended path for DL_E variable or not exogenizing it.
I’m calling dynare with ‘nostrict’ option as this is an automated mod file which includes variables not used in the specific model.
The model is private, but I can send it via private message or e-mail.
