I would like someone to explain to me how to do a comparative static of some of the endogenous variables as some of the parameters change. Any sample code or reading that you can recommend to me will be very helpful.

The term comparative static analysis is not well-defined. You did not specify the object you want to consider. But in general you seem to want to run a loop over parameter values as in [Question: Dynare in a loop over a parameter space) and [Loop over parameters) and then read out the object out of the results structure oo_ that you need.
