About plotting (stdev_c/STDEV_y) simulation in DSGE Model

I need to calculate and plot (STDEV_c/STDEV_y) ratio following “Emerging Market Business Cycles: The Cycle Is the Trend: Mark Aguiar and Gita Gopinath,”
What code should I use to produce this result?
