Help with DSGE model

Hi, I am trying to reproduce the results of this article bankofcanada.ca/wp-content/u … p06-34.pdf (the equations are in the appendix), however, I am always receiving an error message. I’m newbie on dynare so if anyone could give me some advice. that will be great. aar.mod (5.24 KB)
