Where are the poteriors and MCMC draws stored?

I need to plot some graphs from a Bayesian estimation. Unfortunately I cannot find the data dynare uses to plot the MCMC diagnostics and the posteriors. Do you know where they are stored in the workspace?

They are not stored in the workspace due to size constraints. The are stored in mat-files in the metropolis-folder.
