Dear professor, I would like to ask if there are any notes or books specifically about how to derive the welfare analysis of the model.
A good reference is Woodford’s book “Interest and Prices”. Chapter 6 focuses on loss function derivations and on optimal policy rules.
On the practical side, navigating through the forum may help you find nice references/examples/explanations.
