The problems about residual

My code for simulation goes well.and i input ‘‘resid(1)’’ after simulation ,results as follows comes out:

The version of my dynare is 4.3.2 The up side of this result is 0, but the bottom side says no .whis this mean?(I know few about MATLAB)

This is due to numerical rounding. Everything that is 0 to the last 10 decimals or so is taken to be 0.
