Dear All,

I am replicating BASU&BUNDICK 2017, and BUNDICK posts in his website that they used dynare 4.4.3 to run their model. And when I used dynare 4.6.1 to run their code, there were many problems for the parameter estimation in their code, but it could run the mod file very well. So I tried 4.4.3, but when I ran dynare bbeffectivedemandmatchirf.mod without any modification to their code . It could not run and reported error:

Starting Dynare (version 4.4.3).
Starting preprocessing of the model file …
ERROR (in config file): Options should be formatted as ‘option = value’.

I do not know how to solve this problem., need your help.

Dear Professor,
I tried your code Basu_Bundick_2017.mod in github with version 4.4.3 , and it reported the same error.I found the author wrote that they used matlab2014b. Does Matlab version matter?

remove your parallel file, e.g. dynare.ini
