Some output missing in estimation with Dynare V.4

Dear all:
Some output, such as: smoother, filtered_vars, is missing when doing estimation with dynare V.4. Is it a bug in the code or should I declare these options differently?
I sent an example with rabanal model, where this output doesn´t appear.

This one thing that version 3 does, but version4 doesn’t do yet. This should be fixed shortly
