Hi seddiki,

your model is log-linear, thus you should use model(linear); and not model;
Also, in your Taylor rule - Equation 24 - there is a -0.6 term that shows up as a residual and probably should be removed.

Your steady state is 0 for all variables. Simply use that:
simulation.mod (4.1 KB)
