Can someone please suggest why the ghx and ghu would be empty even though the dynare codes ran well without giving any warnings?

Your mod-file actually does not print any output, because you put the noprint option of stoch_simul. When running the file without this option, you can see that the Blanchard-Kahn conditions are violated. This is the reason you don’t get any output.
