Option to automate achieving target acceptance ratio during MCMC

Hi
I am running an estimation exercise over multiple (50) datasets using the parfor loop (matlab’s parallel computing function). So it is hard to adjust the mh_jscale manually for each estimation to achieve a targetted acceptance ratio.
In the mode_compute =6 monte carlo based optimiser option, Dynare can tune the jscale automatically to achieve a particular acceptance ratio.
Is such a facility also available for the MCMC posterior simulator command as well?\

In the unstable version (4.6), there is an option mh_tune_jscale.
