Dear jpfeifer, Can you help me with this? I am a green hand in Dynare. I have some problems when I run mu Dynare-file in Matlab: My mod file is attached, please! The error is: STEADY: numerical initial values or parameters incompatible with the following equations Columns 1 through 18 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 Columns 19 through 36 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 Columns 37 through 43 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 Check whether your model in truly linear Error in computing likelihood for initial parameter values ESTIMATION\_CHECKS: There was an error in computing the likelihood for initial parameter values. ESTIMATION\_CHECKS: You should try using the calibrated version of the model as starting values.
