Thank you sir. Could you please suggest what contemporaneous variables ?

What do you mean with

> [@Apica](#):

> what contemporaneous variables

All variables in your model must appear at time t. Otherwise they cannot be determined.

Thank you, Sir. BUT I meant asking precisely in terms of my model what changes should I make while treating inflation expectations exogenous.

ALSO, I JUST HAVE SAMPLE SIZE 15 FOR THIS MODEL. WHEN I RUN TSLS IN EVIEWS 11, IT SAYS THAT THE NUMBER OF VARIABLES is LESS.
CAN I DETERMINE THE PARAMETER VALUES FOR THIS MODEL IN DYNARE WITH SAMPLE PERIOD SIZE 15

I cannot answer that as I can only provide technical advice. It is your model and you need to decide how expectations are formed.
Regarding estimation: See e.g.

> My answer referred to the fact that using a two-sided HP-filter with just 32 observations will not work because the HP introduces considerable artifacts at the beginning and the end of the sample. If you use 32 observations, essentially your whole sample is affected. With Bayesian estimation, you can “estimate” your model without any data. Your result will simply be your prior. Nevertheless, ideally you want your data to be informative in order to update your prior. When you are dealing with bu…
