Dear @jpfeifer , Could you please check these diagnostics results and let me know if they are fine?  
settings used:

estimation(datafile=trc, plot\_priors=1, mh\_replic=2000000, mode\_compute=5, additional\_optimizer\_steps=[4], mode\_check, mh\_nblocks=4, mh\_jscale=0.52, mh\_drop=0.5, smoother);

From cursory inspection, everything looks fine and as expected.
