# Error messages, please help me!

Hello!

I’m studying DSGE model with sticky price and wage.

but matlab shows me warning and error messages below.

If you didn’t specify the initial value, 0 is default and it cause some problem. For example, the value of denominator is 0 somewhere mentioned in your message. My suggestion is to pick some reasonable initial guess beforehand

It doesn’t show me warning messages.

Could you explain dynare error ‘STEADY: convergence problems’?

Dynare isn’t working yet.

That means the solution algorithm can’t reach a stable steady state from the initial value you specified.
