Does anyone have the codes of CEE(2001) or Uribe and Yue(2003)? I am looking for the method to estimate parameters by minimizing the distance between the estimated impulse response functions and the impulse responses implied by the model initiated by CEE (2001) when there are no available guidance in the literature to calibrate some parameters. Appreciate any help.
