In the attached code, my rank condition is not verified. I think my model is ok (but I cannot be 100% confident).
Is there something that I can change in Dynare to address the issue, or should I spend time on my model.
Please advise.

You should spend more time on the model. It most probably is a timing issue (the second most likely reason is the parameterization)
